Happening Could 3-4, 2025, on the Henderson Hearth Coaching Heart and Veterans Park in Boulder Metropolis, this retreat is a novel alternative for younger leaders to develop resilience, self-discipline, and a deep sense of civic accountability. Individuals will practice alongside members of the U.S. Navy SEALs, Marine Corps, Henderson Police Division, and Henderson Hearth Division, studying firsthand the rules of management, service, and integrity.
Modeled after the management and repair values upheld by the army, first responders, and neighborhood mentors, the Retreat Problem teaches YLA’s core values—honesty, respect, peace, kindness, and humility—via real-world challenges and hands-on coaching. College students will have interaction in health challenges, belief workouts, and profession growth periods, gaining useful abilities that can put together them for fulfillment in maturity.
